Why hire a development team in Uzbekistan: rates, time zones, IT Park tax regime
What a foreign company gets from a team in Tashkent: hourly rates, overlap with European and Gulf working hours, export contracts under the IT Park regime.
Uzbekistan is not the first country that comes to mind when a European or American company looks for a development team. Below is what a company actually gets from a team in Tashkent, without the usual outsourcing brochure language.
Rates
Our hourly rate for clients outside Uzbekistan is $35, with a minimum of two hours and 30-minute increments afterwards. Fixed-price work is quoted from published “from” prices: a corporate website from $1,150, a Bitrix24 implementation from $600, an AI agent from $750 plus model usage. The prices are published on the service pages and do not move with the exchange rate.
Time zones
Tashkent is UTC+5. The working day of 10:00–18:00 overlaps with Central Europe from about 07:00 to 15:00 CET and with the Gulf almost entirely. For the US East Coast the overlap is the early morning, which suits daily check-ins but not pair programming. We schedule calls in the client’s time zone and keep a written weekly status so nothing depends on being awake at the same time.
The IT Park regime
AIYNTOR is a resident of IT Park Uzbekistan. For a foreign client this means an export contract under a simplified procedure, settlement in USD or EUR by international bank transfer, and invoices in English. The regime exists specifically to make export of IT services straightforward; we do not need to route payments through third parties.
Languages
Russian and Uzbek are native, English is the working language for documentation, code comments and calls. All three versions of this site are maintained by the same team, which is a fair test of how the English reads.
What we do not do
We do not staff dozens of developers overnight, and we do not sell body-leasing without responsibility. A dedicated team is managed by us, reports to you weekly, and the contract names one responsible person on our side.
The honest trade-off
The distance is real: no on-site presence, and a time difference that favours written communication. In return the client gets a compact team with the director on every project, transparent pricing, and a legal regime built for exactly this kind of work.
