Runs every project personally: discovery, design, acceptance. Below is the experience that shapes the approach to implementations.
The path began with system administration: networks, servers, workstations. Then retail and manufacturing from the inside: from an SMM specialist to the operations director of a chain with stores, a workshop and procurement. That is where it became clear that accounting exists not for reports but so the owner sees profit and stock today, not at quarter end.
In parallel: an apparel online store from scratch with a supply chain from Turkey, launching storefronts on the Uzcard marketplace, deal support and a client database implementation in real estate. Each of these projects was about connecting sales, inventory and cash into one loop.
In 2025 that practice became AIYNTOR: IT Park resident, partner of 1C-Bitrix, MoySklad and Smetter. Since 2026 — CRM and ERP implementations, web systems, AI agents and integrations for companies in Tashkent.
How the work is organised
- Audit and design are done by the director — the same person who later configures and trains
- A compact team: web development and sales in-house, narrow tasks by proven specialist engineers under AIYNTOR’s responsibility
- One communication channel with the client, replies during working hours
- Procedures and instructions are written for every implementation, because without them a system does not stick

- 2008–2014System administration in Tashkent and Moscow: networks, servers, workstation support.
- 2014–2020Administration and deal support; design and implementation of a client database at a real-estate agency.
- 2020–2021Uzcard marketplace: content and automation, storefront launches.
- 2022–2026A chain of clothing stores: director, then deputy director. Operations across stores, workshop and procurement, IT director duties.
- 2025 — nowAIYNTOR: founder, director. CRM and ERP implementations, web systems, AI agents, integrations.
